· Notify YPHOA prior to cleaning, clearing you lot: Just a reminder that before clearing or cleaning your lot, you should notify the Association. We are here to protect your interest and ensure compliance with the Shoreline Management Plan and Association covenants.
· Updating Association Records: It is a tremendous help for accurate Association records. Please send new or changing owners, and updated contact information at any time, any way – website, email or regular mail.
· Increasing the use of email communication. This year we hope to increase the use of email for general updates and announcements. If you haven’t already done so, please forward an email address to receive Yachtsman’s Point HOA news. Email use helps us to keep costs down, while increasing the information exchange.
